Design approach
The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, labelled fields, visible focus, responsive layouts and text labels alongside risk colours. Tools expose progress and status in text. Reduced-motion preferences are respected, and print styles support a paper or PDF record.
Using the content
Use the skip link to move past navigation. On smaller screens, open the Menu button. Search and category filters work without needing a pointer. Guidance remains readable without JavaScript; interactive tools require JavaScript, with blank CSV alternatives in the template library.
Known limits
Some wide reports require horizontal scrolling on smaller screens. External source documents and websites have their own accessibility characteristics. No formal independent accessibility certification is claimed. The initial release has no feedback submission form; the site owner can arrange corrections through the publishing workflow.
