Research and drafting may be AI-assisted and can contain errors. Source-check dates identify a review point, not a guarantee that later changes have been captured. No independent human legal review is claimed. External links may change, and their content, availability, privacy and terms belong to the relevant provider. A link is not endorsement or affiliation.
Availability, reliance and lawful limits
We aim to provide useful, accurate material but do not promise uninterrupted availability, completeness, suitability for a particular purpose, a compliance outcome or search-engine results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publication and its founder exclude responsibility for losses arising from reliance on general information or tool outputs where no applicable duty or separate engagement requires otherwise.
